The CHED SUC Tulong Dunong Program TDP is open to Filipino students who are enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in a CHED-recognized institution in the Philippines. To be eligible, students must also meet the following academic requirements:
- Must be a Filipino citizen;
- Must be enrolled as a full-time student of any institution in all levels and degree programs (FIRST UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE);
- Must not have received any scholarship grants from the government or any other scholarship program during the previous academic year; and
- Must not be a recipient of any other financial assistance program from the government.
