Addressing the Demand for Scholarships

Following the program’s successful launch in February, LANDBANK received a significant influx of inquiries from enthusiastic applicants. Opening Doors for Deserving Students

Iskolar ng LANDBANK Scholarship Program primarily aims to assist dependents of agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs), small farmers, and fisheries nationwide. From 2023 to 2028, LANDBANK will meticulously select sixty scholars annually, providing each one with a generous grant of P100,000 per year. This funding will cover their allowance and expenses for books, clothing, and other essential course requirements. Moreover, scholars who graduate with honors will receive special cash incentives as a token of appreciation for their exceptional achievements.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be eligible for the Iskolar ng LANDBANK Scholarship Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

1. They must be graduating high school students, either the children or grandchildren of ARBs, small farmers, or fishers.
2. They should possess a minimum average grade of 90% or belong to the top 10% of their class.
3. A letter of endorsement from their senior high school principal is required.
4. Applicants must not be recipients of any other financial assistance, grant, or scholarship from external sources.
5. They must meet the admission requirements of partner State Colleges and Universities (SUCs).
6. The annual total family income should not exceed Php 300,000.00.
